MTCFB Yuvajana Sakhyam has negotiated rooms at a specific facility exclusively for the event attendees. These rooms are available on a first-come basis at special rates from September 26, 2024, to September 29, 2024. Individuals are responsible for reserving their own room

All bookings must be completed on or before August 31, 2024. Bookings made after this date will not qualify for the negotiated rates, and regular rates will apply. All rates exclude taxes and fees, and breakfast is not included.
